Safety Points
Your safety points are converted to gift certificate dollars in the store. Your gift certificate balance is made available at checkout for you to apply towards your order. Balance can be used in increments or all at once anytime during the calendar year. Gift certificates are non-transferrable. If your order total exceeds your gift certificate balance, you will need to provide your personal credit card information to complete your order.
Payment Method
Orders placed through the Graniterock Company Store utilizing your allowance balance are paid for by Graniterock. Orders that exceed your allowance balance will require a valid credit card to complete your purchase. The store accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped. Credit card purchases will be noted on your monthly credit card statement as The Vernon Company.
Order Confirmation
A confirmation email is sent promptly after submitting your order. Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
Standard Shipping
The standard shipping method for the Graniterock Company Store is UPS ground.
Shipping and Order Processing Schedule
Orders are collected and grouped together each month. Orders placed during the first two weeks of each month can be expected to be delivered during the first week of the following month. Expedited shipping not available.
Shipping Locations
We ship to any location with UPS service. Orders will not be shipped to P.O. boxes. In the event of international orders, all government duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Warranty Policy
The Vernon Company agrees to transfer, assign or otherwise extend any and all existing warranties on inventoried merchandise to buyer, its clients, customers or buyers. The Vernon Company further disclaims all other warranties attributed to it, which are either expressed or implied including warranty of fitness or merchantability.
Backorders
If we unable to fill part of your order we will ship the merchandise that is in stock and indicate which items are on backorder on the packing slip. The balance of your order will be shipped as soon as possible. If all of your order is out of stock you will be notified via e-mail. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible.
